It’s a long way from Colorado to Alberta, Canada, but it was so worth it!

Fall 2021 found me exploring Southwest Colorado. From waterfalls to Dancing Aspen and towering rock formations, this trip had it all and all while being surrounded by peak Fall colors!

My eyes were barely opened from a good night’s rest when I glanced over at my phone. “What’s the cloud forecast look like this morning?” I asked myself as I struggled to decipher the words on my phone. They were upside down... as was my phone. Awake? Nope.

The cloud predictions were setting up to be spectacular. “Could I make it to The Barn?” I wondered to myself. I thought I could, but there was literally no time to debate it. Out the door, I went!

I spent four days in Crested Butte and it was amazing! The flowers were beautiful…! The people were friendly! The weather was nice! To top it all off, the Flower Festival was in full swing!

An almost 2,000 mile road-trip through Canyonlands, Arches, Monument Valley, Lower Antelope, Horseshoe Bend, Zion, Bryce and Hanging Lake.
