Concerning FB: Control What You Can

Facebook (FB) is a business. Let’s face it, we use FB for free, they’ve got to turn a profit, so we have to put up with a bit of advertising. Fine. However…

We can “control” a bit of what we see on our walls. One way we get to do this is via following our favorite Pages. That’s all fine and dandy, but there's a better tool. That tool is to “Favorite” your favorite FB Pages vs '“Follow” them.

To help YOU see more of the Pages you follow, vs. content you don't, change your "Follow" setting to "Favorite." Here's how 👇

Facebook Video

  1. Follow

  2. Click “Following” again

  3. Change from Default to Favorite.

That small change should help your FB Feed look a lot more pleasing to you. It will also help your favorite FB Pages be seen in a sea quickly being taken over by AI/Bot Pages.

Also, check this setting every now and then. I'm being told that FB will magically set it back to default periodically.

Enjoy!
